The Deep Rest Experience Step away from the noise of daily life and into a carefully guided journey of movement, stillness and healing sound designed to calm the body and deeply replenish your energy. Gentle movement to release the body, Breath work to sooth your mind, Yoga Nidra to nourish you deeply and crystal bowl sound healing to restore your nervous system. Walk out feeling like you've had the deepest rest in weeks. All welcome. Suitable for all levels of ability and practise, no previous yoga experience is required to attend the class. Bookings essential. Dress in comfortable clothes that you can move freely in. Leave at least an hour gap between a large meal and coming to class. Please bring a pillow case to class for use if you would like a hygienic bolster cover. You are welcome to bring your own yoga mat and 2 blankets to class, or use ours, as all equipment is supplied. Your teacher Megan has been practising and teaching yoga for over 25 years. She is a Registered Senior Teacher with Yoga Australia, and her qualifications include: • Advanced Diploma of Yoga Teaching • Level 2 Kundalini Yoga Teacher • Yoga of Sound • Yoga Therapy for the Structural System • Xen Strength Sculpt Yoga Teacher • Menopause Yoga Teacher • OnCovie Certified Cancer Exercise Specialist • Rainbow Sounds Sound Bath Practitioner Level 1 and 2 Please let Megan know if you are pregnant or have any injuries or conditions so we can modify the practise to best suit your body. Day: Sunday Time: 7pm-8pm Investment: $22 drop-in class $95 for a 5 class pass Venue: MG Yoga - 100 Princes Hwy Thirroul MG Yoga is a bespoke Yoga Studio located in a secluded valley in Thirroul. Look for the fairy lights & prayer flags on the left going up Bulli Pass. Wind your way down our driveway, we have ample off-street parking in the Yoga studio car park. We provide a safe, supportive space and use a high-grade HEPA air filter in the studio.
