DURING 2020 ALL GROUP CLASSES ARE OFFERED ONLINE.
 
MG Yoga classes are designed to align, stretch and strengthen your body, calm and focus your mind, balance your nervous system & optimize the energy flow through your body. Classes are offered casually or as a 6 week block to maximize the benefits for participants.

CUSTOM CLASSES

Private Classes
If you would like a private session, a session via Skype or a small group class for you and up to 4 friends. 50GBP per hour.

Yoga is a great addition to any workplace. Workplace exercise programs and wellness programs have been proven over and over to produce better than original investment returns.
