MG Yoga classes are designed to stretch, strengthen & align your body, calm & focus your mind and nervous system. Destress, renergise, and optimize your energy flow, chakras and regulate your hormones. Classes are offered as a Term block, to maximize the benefits for participants, or on a drop in basis if not booked out.

If you would like a private session, a session via Skype or a small group class for you and up to 4 friends. 40GBP per hour.
