OUR CLASSES
MG Yoga classes are all about healthy aging and living well. The sequences are designed to stretch, strengthen, energise & align your body and focus your mind. We include poses, breathing practises and meditation to calm your nervous system, improve balance, cultivate a good night’s sleep, build bone strength and optimise digestion. Destress, and optimize your energy flow, chakras and regulate your hormones.
MG Yoga is a bespoke Yoga Studio located in a lush, secret valley in Thirroul, located on the left going up Bulli Pass. We provide a safe, supportive space and we use a high grade HEPA air filter during classes.
Classes are offered in 5 week Term blocks, to maximize the benefits for participants, or on a drop in basis if not booked out. All welcome, no previous yoga experience required. We can work with injuries.
Please note we have plenty of off street parking, please drive down our long, steep, safe, concrete driveway and park in the car park near the studio.

Class Styles
Yoga - a holistic practice that involves a combination of postures (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama), meditation, relaxation and ethical principles. Enjoy reduced stress, increased flexibility, improved strength, and mental clarity.
AgeWell Yoga - designed for mature bodies to promote overall well-being including strength, flexibility, and balance.
Queenager (Peri/Menopause Yoga) Yoga - supports women 35+ evolution to wise women. Provides tools & techniques to alleviate menopause symptoms such as mood swings, hot flashes, insomnia, weight gain and changes in energy levels.
Yoga Sculpt - incorporates elements of traditional yoga with hand weights, core work and HIIT to build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance cardiovascular fitness.
Yin Yoga - a floor based meditative style of yoga where we hold the poses for an extended period, to increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility. The perfect antidote to a busy life.
Kundalini Yoga - an energising, uplifting and challenging style designed to cultivate energy, build strength, increase flexibility, hone focus and awareness and remove blocks on all levels.

Bookings for group and custom classes can be made HERE, please select the style of yoga, then the class you wish to attend. Bookings for workshops and special classes are below. Private Classes
​Private sessions or small group classes up to 4 people are available for $100 per hour. Sessions are offered via ZOOM, at my studio or at your venue. A travel charge applies. Book HERE.
Corporate Classes
Yoga is a great addition to any workplace. Workplace exercise programs and wellness programs have been proven over and over to produce better than original investment returns. Among these are dealing with stress and anxiety; creating inner peace, calm and presence, weight management, flexibility, managing pain and improving your breathing.

Special Event Classes
Yoga is a great addition to any special occasion. Be it a birthday celebration, a hen's or buck's weekend or a team building activity the possibilities are endless. Small Group Classes
Work with me one on one for a tailored practice specifically for your situation. Improve physical fitness, flexibility, weight loss, improve sleep, reduce pain, get focused, find happiness. This package includes a 60 minute discovery call and a daily practise. Additional sessions can then be booked in 30 minute increments, to revise and update your plan as required, Sessions can be via Zoom, at my studio or in your house.
