DURING 2023 GROUP CLASSES ARE OFFERED ONLINE AND IN PERSON
 
MG Yoga classes have an focus on ageing well. The sequences are designed to stretch, strengthen & align your body, focus your mind, calm your nervous system and cultivate balance. Destress, energise, and optimize your energy flow, chakras and regulate your hormones. Classes are offered as a Term block, to maximize the benefits for participants, or on a drop in basis if not booked out.

  • Menopause Yoga Workshop

    This three hour workshop focuses on the common menopause symptoms and explores techniques you can use to manage them. This includes natural and allopathic methods as well as yoga postures, breathwork, meditation, journaling and relaxation techniques.

Private Classes
If you would like a private session, a session via Skype or a small group class for you and up to 4 friends. $100 per hour.

Yoga is a great addition to any workplace. Workplace exercise programs and wellness programs have been proven over and over to produce better than original investment returns. Among these are dealing with stress and anxiety; creating inner peace, calm and presence, weight management, flexibility, managing pain and improving your breathing.

Small Group Classes

Work with me privately one on one for a tailored practice to address any issues you are concerned about. Improve physical fitness, flexibility, weight loss, improve sleep, reduce pain, get focused, find happiness. This is a package that includes a 30 minute discovery call, and three x 60 minute live classes and a personalised daily home practise after each session.  $200 for the package.
