Service Description
This is a Private exercise and yoga class designed to support those with cancer, whether newly diagnosed, in treatment or post treatment. This class is designed to address the individual physical, emotional and mental challenges of diagnosis, chemo and radiotherapy and surgery. You will have space during the session to explore your feelings and fears and learn the exercise, breathing, yoga, relaxation and meditation techniques you will be using in your daily, brief home practice between our sessions together. You can come to my studio or I can travel to you (incurs an additional travel fee.)
Cancellation Policy
If you have any questions, issues or wish to get a refund, contact the event host. If you can’t attend the event, please get in touch. A cancellation fee 10% of ticket price applies. No cancellations/refunds within 48 hours of the event.
