About the event
An energetic vinyasa yoga flow incorporating the use of light weights & HITT to sculpt your muscles, tone your core, increase your fitness and calm your mind. A gym workout and yoga class combined to give you twice the benefits in half the time.Â
Suitable for those with a moderate level of fitness. Beginners welcome. Not recommended for those with injuries or if you are pregnant. Bookings are essential.

MG Yoga is a bespoke Yoga Studio, surrounded by nature, located in a hidden valley on the left going up Bulli Pass. Please drive down our concrete driveway, it is long, steep and safe. There is plenty of parking and room to turn around at the bottom. Alternatively you can park nearby in Bangalow Rd and walk down.
