About the event

An energetic class incorporating yoga + the use of weights, core work and HITT to sculpt your muscles, tone your core, increase your fitness and calm your mind. A yoga and fitness class combined to give you twice the benefits in half the time. 


Suitable for those with a moderate level of fitness who would like to build their fitness and flexibility. Beginners welcome. Not recommended for those with injuries or if you are pregnant. Bookings are essential.


Class Times: Tuesday 6:00 - 7:00 am

                          Saturday 7:30 - 8:30 am

                          

Offered as a 6 week course and Drop-in basis.
