Enjoy 3 different Yoga Practices in this Yoga Immersion Retreat to relax, restore and Rebalance the mind & body. I will be teaching a revitalising meditaion followed by a nourishing Yin class from 1:45pm - 3pm.
Learn to listen to your body, take time out to honour your body, learn to be in the present moment and learn to let go of the past. Find balance in life through the practice of Mindfulness, Mediation, Yoga and Breathing Techniques. Enjoy Lunch and two refreshments along with the company of your fellow yogi’s.Whether your an experienced yogi or a beginner there’s something here to suit everyone.
