Yoga for Queenagers - Perimenopause and Beyond

About the Event
Menopause is a natural transition that every woman will move through. This seven-week course is designed to address the common challenges that arise during this transition using yoga postures, breathwork, meditation, and relaxation techniques. You will be in a caring community of women who are all expericening this transition and able to share your experiences and challenges.
We will explore these changes and techniques to minimize the challenges experienced during Perimenopause and beyond including:-
Stress and unexplained anxiety
Trouble sleeping (insomnia).
Emotional turbulence and mood swings
We will use nourishing yoga poses & props, as needed, along with breathing techniques, meditation practises and relaxation techniques to restore, heal, stretch, destress and relax body, mind and soul. We will build on what we have learned every week and deepen our undertanding and practise as we move through the course, consolidating as we go. There will be a short 3 minute practise given each week to be practised at home. This will build, the home practises can be performed individually or combined together to give you an effective home practise in under 30 minutes aday that can continue once the course ends.
All welcome. Suitable for all levels of ability and practise, beginners welcome. Bookings essential.
