About the event
Yin yoga works deep into the connective tissues and the energy pathways, or meridians, of the body to activate change at that deepest level. We will use props as needed to make the Yin poses accessible and beneficial to all. We will focus on a chakra a week to optimise energy flow through the meridians, organs and body.
***Please note our coming term is 4 weeks as I am away in early August, term dates are 21st and 28th July and 18th and 25th August.***
This class is a great way to increase or maintain flexibility, lubricate joints, release the fascia of the body, increase flexibility, cultivate a powerful inner awareness, de-stress, reduce anxiety and enjoy a major mind detox
