Winter Solstice Circle Celebration

Join us in circle for a nourishing, powerful workshop where we will use massage, yin yoga, journaling, vision boards and kundalini yoga meditation to invigorate and energise, release old habits and patterns, gain clarity and focus to solidify our vision for the new season, so we can manifest our dreams in the coming year.

In a safe supportive environment embrace your authentic core, heal the pain of the past and strip away the armour to overcome the obstacles which keep you from living your best life—awakened, inspired, rejuvenated and present to your purpose.

We will increase our vitality and strength, tap into the force of love, and illuminate our radiance. Through group meditation, postures, movement and breath work the beneficial effects upon each participant will be amplified 100-fold. Come organize, harmonize, coordinate and redirect your inner force toward self-healing and healing for the planet in the spirit of Love, Peace and Light.

We will finish with Yoga Nidra, a deep relaxation technique, to awaken the connection between body, mind, and soul. The practice is like a deep sleep while you are still awake, a half hour practice has the rejuvenating effect of several hours sleep.

The Workshop will be taught by Megan Gilbert (Meherbani Kaur) who is a KRI Certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher, a Senior Registered Teacher with Yoga Australia and has extensive knowledge in posture, Yogic philosophy and meditation.
