About the Event
Vinyasa Yoga is a flowing style that links breath and movement as you flow from one pose to the next. This helps to focus the mind, build fitness, develop flexibility and strength and induce feelings of wellbeing and self-confidence to start your day right. We offer progressions from the foundation poses to suit all levels of yogis.

MG Yoga is situated on the left going up Bulli Pass. Please drive down our concrete driveway, it is long, steep and safe. There is plenty of parking and room to turn around at the bottom. Alternatively you can park nearby in Bangalow Rd and walk down.
