About the Event
We begin with breathing practises to de-stress, focus the mind, and cultivate a sense of calm. Then we move into a gentle yoga flow to create space in the muscles, joints and body, removing any stiff spots or blockages. Then we use Yin yoga to work deep into the connective tissues and the energy pathways, or meridians, of the body to activate change at that deepest level. Restorative yoga focuses on restoring bodies using props to support poses for optimal health. We will combine the props from Restorative yoga as needed to make the Yin poses accessible and beneficial to all.
This class is a great way to build energy, increase flexibility, lubricate joints, release the fascia of the body, increase flexibility, cultivate a powerful inner awareness, de-stress, reduce anxiety and enjoy a major mind detox .

Suitable for all levels of ability and practise, beginners welcome . Please advise your teacher if you are pregnant or have any injuries. Bookings essential.
