About the Event
We will combine an energizing Vinyasa Yoga flow with long held, nourishing Yin poses for a well rounded practice. This helps to focus the mind, build fitness, develop flexibility and strength and induce feelings of well being and self-confidence. We offer progressions from the foundation poses to suit all levels of yogis.
