CLEANSE & DETOX FROM THE INSIDE OUT

Kundalini Yoga and meditation provide an effective way to rejuvenate body, mind and spirit. Clean out winters cobwebs, improve flexibility, create space in your body and remove blocks to get inspired for the coming year!

Join us in circle as we use yogic postures, meditation, relaxation techniques, journaling and specific practises for our chakras for an internal spring cleanse to de-stress, energise and revitalise the body, get the blood moving and feel wonderful. We will explore any areas we maybe blocked and refresh and release that which no longer serves us.

Spring naturally supports and encourages the urge to cleanse and lighten up. The Spring Equinox is a time of rebirth for all life on our planet, a time to celebrate the return of the sun; to honour and accept all areas and aspects of life, the circumstances that surround us, release judgement, and honour our journey while celebrating our personal growth over the past year.

We will finish the workshop with a guided relaxation; a nourishing, healing, restorative practise that relaxes whilst energising the body, calming the mind and cultivating a sense of wellbeing.

This workshop is open to all, from first time yogis to advanced students. You will leave feeling relaxed but energised, calm, at peace with an overall sense of wellbeing and contentment.

Wear comfortable clothing your can move freely in.
