About the Event
We begin with breathing practises to de-stress, focus the mind, and cultivate a sense of calm. Then we move into a gentle yoga flow to create space in the muscles, joints and body, removing any stiff spots or blockages. We will finish with restorative poses and a guided relaxation.
This class is a great way to build energy, increase flexibility, lubricate joints, release the fascia of the body, increase flexibility, cultivate a powerful inner awareness, de-stress, reduce anxiety and enjoy a major mind detox .

Suitable for all levels of ability and practise, beginners welcome . Please advise your teacher if you are pregnant or have any injuries. Bookings essential.
