About the event
An energetic class incorporating yoga, core work + the use of light weights and HITT to sculpt your muscles, tone your core, increase your fitness and calm your mind. A gym workout, yoga and core work class combined to give you twice the benefits in half the time.
Beginners welcome. Not recommended for those with injuries or if you are pregnant. Bookings are essential.
Class Time: Saturday 8:00 - 9:00 am
Offered as a 4 week course with Drop-in places available if not booked out. *no class on 18th October
