About the Event
A nourishing yoga class designed to relax, destress and refresh you his workshop uses restorative yoga poses to relax, destress, refresh and detoxify your body, mind and spirit and incorporates breathing techniques to energise and uplift. This will be followed by Yoga Nidra, a powerful relaxation and healing practise. This class runs monthly. All equipment is supplied.
