Yoga for Queenagers.
Peri/Menopause is a natural transition that every woman will move through. This 5 Week term course is designed to empower you and provide tools to manage the common symptoms of perimenopause and beyond using yoga postures, breathwork, meditation, and relaxation techniques. You will be in a caring community of women who are all moving through this rite of passage, enabling you to share your experiences and challenges with those who can relate.
We will explore the yogic techniques we can use to navigate these changing waters. Each week will have a theme incorporating some of the main challenges encountered, designed to assist you to minimize, navigate and manage the waves experienced during Perimenopause and beyond including:-
-Hot flushes and night sweats
-Stress and unexplained anxiety.
-Brain fog and trouble concentrating.
