About the Event
This yoga course is specifically designed for pregnancy, to nourish your body, mind and spirit during pregnancy, birth and beyond.
Yoga poses assists in keeping your body strong and flexible which is so beneficial both for a comfortable pregnancy and providing a strong base for birth. We use breathing and sound techniques which calm and focus your mind calm and focused. We will use techniques throughout the course which can then be used during motherhood for a quick pick me up, to energise, to cultivate calm, to bond with baby and aid sleep.
Come along and connect with other women on their journey to motherhood. All welcome, beginner friendly.
