Peri/Menopause Yoga Workshop
This three and a half hour workshop is for women 35+ and looks at common menopause signs and symptoms. We will explore various techniques you can use to navigate this transition including herbal & allopathic methods plus yoga postures, breathwork, meditation, journaling and relaxation techniques.

Yoga for Queenagers
Menopause is a natural transformation that every woman will move through. This three and a half hour workshop will cover many of the main symptoms that commonly arise including Anxiety, Fatigue, Anger, Overwhelm, Brain Fog, Hot fluses, loss of confidence and sleep issues . Perimenopause is the time before menopause when many of these symptoms start, and may begin anytime from 35 years onward. We will be using yoga postures, breathwork, meditation,accupressure and relaxation techniques as well as discuassing natural and allopathic options that are available.
You will be held in a womens circle with a caring community of women who are all moving through this rite of passage as well, enabling you to share your experiences and challenges with those who can relate.
We will explore tools we can use to navigate these changing waters, so you can take thenm home to use when needed.
We will use yoga poses & props as needed, along with breathing techniques, accupressure, meditation practises and relaxation techniques to balance, restore, heal, stretch, destress and relax body, mind and soul.
All welcome. Suitable for all levels of ability and practise, beginners welcome. Bookings essential.
