About the event

Menopause is a whole body recalibration, a natural transition that every woman will move through. This three hour workshop focuses on alleviating the common menopause related symptoms of brain fog and irritability using yoga postures, breathwork, meditation, and relaxation techniques.  


As we navigate perimenopause towards menopause our hormone levels start to fluctuate. These changing levels in hormones affect every cell in the body including the brain, and can lead to brain fog and fatigue. 


These changes we face can cause fear and uncertainty as we wonder what is happening to us, We will work to find acceptance, soothe this fear, develop inner focus and calm the nervous system. You are not alone in this, we will explore techniques and options to alleviate these symptoms and minimize the fluctuations to find equilibrium and calm.
