About the Event
Yoga for Queenagers.
Menopause is a natural transition that every woman will move through. This three hour workshop is designed to alleviate Anxiety, Fatigue, Overwhelm and sleep issues which comonly arise during perimenopause and beyond. We will be using yoga postures, breathwork, meditation, and relaxation techniques.
You will be held in a womens circle with a caring community of women who are all moving through this rite of passage as well, enabling you to share your experiences and challenges with those who can relate.
We will explore tools we can use to navigate these changing waters, including techniques to specifically address anxiety, fatigue, overwhelm and sleep issues.
We will use yoga poses & props, as needed, along with breathing techniques, meditation practises and relaxation techniques to balance, restore, heal, stretch, destress and relax body, mind and soul.
All welcome. Suitable for all levels of ability and practise, beginners welcome. Bookings essential.
