In this 5 week introductory course we will explore all aspects of Vinyasa Yoga, a flowing style of yoga that co-ordinates breath and movement for improved fitness, a calm mind and strong, supple body. Suitable for all from beginners to those looking to refresh the basics. Saturday 8:00-9:15 am.

About the event
Vinyasa Yoga is a flowing style that links breath and movement as you flow from one pose to the next. This helps to focus the mind, build fitness, develop flexibility and strength and induce feelings of wellbeing and self-confidence. We will start with the foundation poses and build on these each week.
