Join us for this early morning 5 week Vinyasa Yoga Course, an energetic, flowing style of yoga that co-ordinates breath and movement for improved fitness, a calm mind and strong, supple body. Suitable for all from beginners to more experienced yogis. 6-7am. Bookings Essential.

About the Event
Monday mornings 6-7am to start your week right. Vinyasa Yoga is a flowing style that links breath and movement as you flow from one pose to the next. This helps to focus the mind, build fitness, develop flexibility and strength and induce feelings of wellbeing and self-confidence. We offer progressions from the foundation poses to suit all levels of yogis.

Suitable for all ages and abilities, beginners welcome. Please advise your teacher if you are pregnant or have any injuries.
Bookings essential. 5 Week Course Early Bird $65 by Tuesday 9th October | $80 after this. Casual $22
2 Classes/Courses per week Early bird $125 by Tuesday 9th Oct | $155 after this. Please message Megan with your course choices.
Admit one casual attendance for 1 class of Early Bird Vinyasa 6-7 am Monday.
