Chakra Workshop

Join us in circle as we use yogic postures, meditation and acupressure practises specifically for our chakras to energise and revitalise the body, mind and soul. 

We will cover the role and location of the chakras as well as their function as we explore them mentally, physically and emotinally. This will provide you with a thorough understanding of the chakras and how to access, balance and utalise them to benefit your life. 

Feel grounded, emotionally balanced, self confident, loving, able to speak your truth, intuative and connected to all.

We will finish the workshop with a guided relaxation taking us on a journey through our chakras. 

You will leave the worlkshop with a deep understanding of yourself and a powerful set of tools for personal growth. 

This workshop is open to all, from first time yogis to advanced students. You will walk away feeling lighter, healthier and more energetic.

Please wear comfortable clothing your can move freely in.

MG Yoga is a bespoke Yoga Studio nestled in nature  in a hidden valley on the left going up Bulli Pass. Please drive down our concrete driveway, it is long, steep and safe. There is plenty of parking and room to turn around at the bottom. Alternatively you can park nearby in Bangalow Rd and walk down.
