About the event
We are living through unprecedented times, times of great stress. This class is suitable for all, and especially focused for those who are suffering from lock down stress and/or anxiety around the pandemic. In this yoga class we will utilise all the aspects of yoga to cultivate a calm centre and positive outlook including:
*yoga poses
*optimal alignment for individual bodiesÂ
*breathing practisesÂ
*linking our movement and breath to integrate body, breath, mind and soul.Â
*core workÂ
*Meditation techniquesÂ
*Relaxation techniques
Suitable for all levels of ability and practise, beginners welcome. Please advise your teacher if you are pregnant or have any injuries. Bookings are essential and close 1 hour before class starts.
You will receive an email containing the link to class from megangilbertyoga@outlook.com approx. 10-20 minutes before class starts.
*** PLEASE HAVE THE FOLLOWING PROPS ON HAND - 2 x pillows, 2 x cushions, a blanket or towel, a strap|belt|dressing gown cord, 2 x thick books|blocks.***
