About the Event
We will use gentle yoga to nourish, revitalise, energise, restore, heal, stretch, destress and relax.
This class has a healing focus using gentle yoga and floor based, supported poses for optimal energy & health on all levels.
This class is a great way to encourage a healthy immune system, reduce inflamation, restore strength, increase or maintain flexibility, lubricate joints, release the fascia of the body, erbuild fitness, cultivate a powerful inner awareness, regulate hormones, destress, reduce anxiety and enjoy a major mind detox. We will finish with relaxation techniques.
