About the Event
We are living through unprecedented times, times of great stress. This class is suitable for all, and especially focused for those who are suffering from lock down stress and/or anxiety around the pandemic. In this yoga class we will utilise all the aspects of yoga to cultivate a calm centre and positive outlook including:
*optimal alignment for individual bodies
*linking our movement and breath to integrate body, breath, mind and soul.
Suitable for all levels of ability and practise, beginners welcome. Please advise Megan if you are pregnant or have any injuries. Bookings are essential and close 1 hour before class starts.

*** PLEASE HAVE THE FOLLOWING PROPS ON HAND - 2 x pillows, 2 x cushions, a blanket or towel, a strap|belt|dressing gown cord, 2 x thick books|blocks.***
