About the Event
This course is designed to cultivate inner vitality, a calm mind and alleviate and release the long term stress we have been under during the pandemic. Uplift, energise and harmonise your mind, body and soul, build physical vitality, a strong nervous system and expanded consciousness. It is suitable for everybody, all ages and levels of experience.
This class will include a combination of gentle, nourishing physical exercises, breathwork and meditations that are aimed at regulating the brain and nervous system, building innner vitality and balancing ones emotional and mental wellbeing. Classes are open to all levels of experience including those who have not done Yoga before.
Kundalini Yoga can help you let go of fear and anxiety, relieve depression and release unconscious blocks so that you can reach your full potential and live a happy and healthy life. It improves enjoyment of life by developing a calmness to deal gracefully with life’s challenges and stresses, and helps in finding balance in busy lives.

Suitable for all levels of ability and practise, beginners welcome. Please advise Megan if you are pregnant or have any injuries. Bookings are essential and close 1 hour before class starts.
