About the Event
Yin yoga works deep into the connective tissues and the energy pathways, or meridians, of the body to activate change at that deepest level. We will use props as needed to make the Yin poses accessible and beneficial to all. Each week we will focus on chakra, moving from the base chakr and working up, stimulating the relevant meridians, organs and glands for optimum functioning.
This class is a great way to increase or maintain flexibility, lubricate joints, release the fascia of the body, increase flexibility, cultivate a powerful inner awareness, de-stress, reduce anxiety and enjoy a major mind detox

*Releases fascia and improves joint mobility
*Balances the internal organs and improves the flow of chi or prana

*** PLEASE HAVE THE FOLLOWING PROPS ON HAND - 2 x pillows, 2 x cushions, a blanket or towel, a strap/belt/dressing gown cord, 2 x thick books or blocks.***
