About the event

Menopause is a natural transition that every woman will take on their journey through life.  This class is designed to address the changes that arise using yoga postures, breathwork and meditation.  We will address some of the common changes experienced during Perimenopause and beyond including:- 

Hot flashes. 

Stress and unexplained anxiety 

Trouble sleeping (insomnia). 

Emotional turbulence and mood swings 

Weight gain

    ONLINE Menopause Yoga - 7 WEEK TERM Attendance 6:30pm Thursday Class. Admit one attendee per ticket.
