About the Event

Join me ONLINE for 40 days of Yoga to RECHARGE YOURSELF in only 20 minutes a day for only $40 (just $1 a day). We will be practising a short but powerful Kundalini Yoga Set (Kriya) daily to assist with :-

• weight loss

• increased energy levels

• flexibility

• strength

• boosted mood

• fitness

• core strength

• improved digestion and elimination

• a strong, supple spine

• boosted immune system

• improved circulation

• removing toxins from your body

• reduced anxiety and depression

• cultivating a deep sense of wellbeing

In Kundalini yoga we recommend practising a Kriya (exercise set) for a minimum of 40 days to fully reap the benefits. This is the time it takes to solidify the effects and benefits to form new habits, rewire our automatic reactions and create a new consciousness. This is perfect for a home practise but tricky to format as a group offering as people are often not able to commit due to time, monetary or physical constraints. I am taking advantage of today’s online technology to provide a flexible option to make it accessible for all. The video will be available live or recorded through the Facebook group, a supportive online community where you can meet like minded souls, receive support, ask questions and share your journey.

Yoga is beneficial in many ways as the poses and breathing exercises cultivate physical fitness, oxygenate the body. improve balance and range of motion whilst inducing relaxation and assisting stress reduction.

All welcome! Your investment is $40 for the 40 day practise (just $1 a day) and you have the option to join us live at 6.30am everyday, watch the recording at your leisure or any combination that suits you.
