About the Event

Join me ONLINE for 40 days of Yoga for Peace and Happiness. Experience the benefits of a daily Kundalini Yoga practise where we will use the tools of yoga to cultivate Peace and Happiness within. This simple practice is suitable for everyone including beginners and mothers to be. Good for when you are feeling down, anxious or seeking more balance and joy in your life.

The only constant in life is change and sometimes we can lose our direction in this ever-evolving landscape. However, if we can cultivate peace and happiness at our core on this sometimes wild journey we can access inner peace, calm and acceptance. The more mindfulness and presence we can bring to our life the more peace and happiness we will experience. We can lose ourselves in fear, anger, or even despair or we can work to stay present, think positively, find joy in the little things and prosper.

Practising yoga daily is a fantastic way to cultivate these qualities everyday; appreciate what we have, be thankful for everyday, make the most out of life and really truly live it. This is one action that can begin to change your life as you function in this positive state.

Happiness comes from within, WE are the creators of our own happiness. The mind-body connection that is cultivated in yoga facilitates a change on a fundamental, cellular level. This begins to happen as you become aware of your body and emotions, and stay present with what is happening, When we bring mindfulness and positive intention into our movements, we are imprinting these vibrations, not only on our minds, but also on our bodies. effecting positive change in every aspect of life.

Accept totally where you are and allow the simple yet powerful tools of yoga to begin to gently remove negative judgments about self and your life situation; to reshape your attitudes, views, and thoughts. ” Find a sense of peace in a turbulent time, and carry that over into daily life.”

In Kundalini yoga we recommend a minimum 40 day practise of one Kriya (exercise set) to fully reap the benefits. This is the time it takes to embody the energetic effects and benefits from the subtle etheric realms to the grosser physical plane and create new habits.

Your teacher Megan (Meherbani) is a Senior Registered teacher with Yoga Australia and a Certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher.

The daily video will be available live or recorded through the Facebook group, a supportive online community where you can meet like minded souls, receive support, ask questions and share your journey. Your investment is $40 for the 40 day practise (just $1 a day), you will have a years access to the program. You have the option of joining us live at 6.30am everyday, watching the recording at your leisure or any combination that suits you.
