About the Event

Join us from the comfort of your own home. This practise unleashes the energy that is within you. It begins by stimulating the Navel Point energy and releasing the reserve energy that is stored there. It brings that energy to all the meridians in the body. Then the exercises systematically awaken the same flow of energy from the solar plexus up to the throat. The kriya then guides the energy to the higher centers and glands. Finally, it opens the energy superhighway of the sushumna and the spine. The kriya ends with a short navel meditation for healing that creates harmony in every cell of your body.

It's a simple set. Its effects are immediate. We will be doing this same practice for 21 days, watch yourself evolve and reap the benefits of this practise. This practise is the perfect to energise you as we move through the busy Christmas and New Year period and runs over the Summer Solstice to harness the powerful energy of this time.

Practising yoga daily is a fantastic way to cultivate the mind-body connection which facilitates a change on a fundamental, cellular level, effecting positive change in every aspect of life.

In Kundalini yoga we recommend a minimum 21 day practise of one Kriya (exercise set) to reap the benefits. This is the time it takes to create new habits in our life, loosen the old and embody the energetic effects and benefits of the practise.

Your teacher Megan (Meherbani) is a Senior Registered teacher with Yoga Australia and a Certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher.

The daily video will be available live or recorded through the Facebook group, a supportive online community where you can meet like minded souls, receive support, ask questions and share your journey. Your investment is $30 for the 21 day practise. You will have a years access to the program. You have the option of joining us live at 6.30am everyday, watching the recording at your leisure or any combination that suits you.
