Join me live daily for a 21 day practise of yoga and meditation for Energy, Positivity and Peace of Mind. It takes 21 days to create a new habit. Start your day right with this 25 minute practice is designed to support us physically and mentally as we move through lockdown, cultivating a strong immune system, increased physical fitness, and a resilient nervous system to enable us to withstand the stress of these times. This practice is accessible to beginners while still being challenging for more experienced yogis. All are welcome. The program runs for 21 days, live every morning, and you will have access for 30 days. Plus you will receive a video of the practice to keep. The live recordings will stay up and can be accessed via a monthly subscription should you choose to refresh. I would love to share this journey with you, we will get through this together.
