About the Event
We will use postures and breathing techniques to align, stretch, strengthen and energise your body, calm your mind, , optimise your chakras, connect to your breath and develop mindfulness.
In this yoga class we will explore all aspects of yoga including:
*classic yoga poses
*safe alignment for individual bodies
*linking our movement and breath to integrate body, breath, mind and soul.
Suitable for all levels of ability and practise, beginners welcome. Please advise Megan if you are pregnant or have any injuries. Bookings are essential and close 1 hour before class starts.

*** PLEASE HAVE THE FOLLOWING PROPS ON HAND - 2 x pillows, 2 x cushions, a blanket or towel, a strap|belt|dressing gown cord, 2 x thick books|blocks.***
