10am ONLINE Yin Yoga

Yin yoga works deep into the connective tissues and the energy pathways, or meridians, of the body to activate change at that deepest level. We will use props as needed to make the Yin poses accessible and beneficial to all. We will focus on a chakra a week to optimise energy flow through the meridians, organs and body. 

This class is a great way to increase or maintain flexibility, lubricate joints, release the fascia of the body, increase flexibility, cultivate a powerful inner awareness, de-stress, reduce anxiety and enjoy a major mind detox

Please advise Megan if you are pregnant or have any injuries.  Suitable for all levels of ability and practise, beginners welcome. Bookings are essential and close 1 hour before class starts.

*** PLEASE HAVE THE FOLLOWING PROPS ON HAND - 2 x pillows, 2 x cushions, a blanket or towel, a strap/belt/dressing gown cord, 2 x thick books/blocks.***
