About the event

Menopause is a natural transition that every woman will take on their journey through life.  This class is designed to address the changes that arise using yoga postures, breathwork and meditation.  We will address some of the common changes experienced during Perimenopause and beyond including:- 

Hot flashes. 

Stress and unexplained anxiety 

Trouble sleeping (insomnia). 

Emotional turbulence and mood swings 

Weight gain   

This yoga course is designed to provide tools to help us celebrate this major transiton, to cultivate inner vitality, a strong, flexible body, strong bones, to regulate hormones, improve sleep, cultivate a calm mind and alleviate stress and anxiety. Uplift, energise and harmonise your mind, body and soul, build physical vitality, a strong nervous system and expanded consciousness. 

This class will include a variety of yoga styles and teachniques in a combination of gentle, nourishing physical exercises, breathwork and meditations to regulate the hormones, brain and nervous system, building innner vitality, improving sleep and balancing ones emotional and mental wellbeing. Classes are open to all levels of experience including those who have not done Yoga before.

Yoga can help you let go of fear and anxiety, relieve depression and release unconscious blocks so that you can reach your full potential and live a happy and healthy life. It improves enjoyment of life by developing a calmness to deal gracefully with life’s changes, challenges and stresses, and helps in finding balance in busy lives. This course uses a therapeutic Yoga approach.

Commit to your own health and wellbeing so that you have the energy to create positive change in your own lfe.

Suitable for all levels of ability and practise, beginners welcome. Please advise Megan if you are pregnant or have any injuries. Bookings are essential and close 1 hour before class starts.
