Yoga and meditation provide an effective way to rejuvenate body, mind and spirit. Clean out winters cobwebs, improve flexibility, create space in your body and remove blocks to get inspired for the coming year!
Join us in circle as we use yogic postures, meditation, acupressure, relaxation techniques and specific practises for our chakras for an internal spring cleanse to de-stress, energise and revitalise the body, get the blood moving and feel wonderful. We will explore any areas we maybe blocked and refresh and release that which no longer serves us.
