About the event
In this yoga class we will explore all aspects of yoga including:
*the poses of hatha yoga
*safe alignment for individual bodies
*breathing practises
*linking our movement and breath to integrate body, breath, mind and soul.Â

*Meditation techniques
*Relaxation techniques
Suitable for all levels of ability and practise, beginners welcome . Please advise your teacher if you are pregnant or have any injuries. Bookings essential.

Venue: MG Yoga - 100 Princes Hwy Thirroul
MG Yoga is a bespoke Yoga Studio situated in a hidden valley in Thirroul which is on the left going up Bulli Pass. Please drive down our concrete driveway, it is long, steep and safe. There is plenty of parking and room to turn around at the bottom. Alternatively you can park nearby in Bangalow Rd and walk down.
