About the Event
Yin yoga works deep into the connective tissues and the energy pathways, or meridians, of the body to activate change at that deepest level. We will use props as needed to make the Yin poses accessible and beneficial to all.
This class is a great way to increase or maintain flexibility, lubricate joints, release the fascia of the body, increase flexibility, cultivate a powerful inner awareness, de-stress, reduce anxiety and enjoy a major mind detox

*Balances the internal organs and improves the flow of chi or prana
Suitable for all levels of ability and practise, beginners welcome. Gather props from around the house to use before the start of class. Props = 2 pillows/cushions, 1 blanket, 1 strap (a belt or scarf), 2 blocks/thick books/egg cartons.
Please advise Megan if you are pregnant or have any injuries. Bookings are essential, registration closes 1 hour before class starts.
